Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership invests money in local skills projects, influences the curriculum of local colleges and universities, and influences the careers advice given in local schools.
As Berkshire’s digital tech sector continues to grow, and tech skills become increasingly sought by employers across a range of sectors, TVB LEP is particularly keen to understand the demand for tech skills and where efforts should be focused to improve their supply. This includes exploring the establishment of a local Institute of Technology.
Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership would be keen to understand the skills needs of scale-ups also.
