I am a qualified coach from Henley Business School and a member of the Association for Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.

I use my in-depth experience as a recruitment consultant to help individuals successfully transition into a promotion or job with a new company or get a pay rise.  I use coaching to help overcome the symptoms of imposter syndrome.  This is a feeling of being a “phoney” and experiencing a fear of being “found out” despite having a track record of academic and career achievements and the skills for the role.

The characteristics can at times have an almost crippling effect, yet to the outside world you come across as being successful and competent.  If you have experienced such paralysing self-doubt, it is likely that you have kept it a well-guarded secret.  The most limiting part about imposter syndrome is overcoming your fear of being “found out” to actually be able to talk about it openly.  Rest assured you aren’t alone; 70% of people will experience the symptoms of imposter syndrome at least once in their life.  It is usually associated with success and is likely to happen around a transition in your career such as a promotion, redundancy or finding your feet in a new job.

As your coach I will work with you to help you build your self-belief and confidence to enjoy your achievements, gain control over your career and THRIVE IN YOUR ROLE
