We are specifically looking to work with high growth businesses that have a strong desire to grow at least 20% year on year. We can provide the following:

  • Access to relevant networking events and workshops specific to your business needs
  • Referrals to relevant providers for further support to complement High Growth plans
  • Open to high growth SMEs across most sectors including social enterprises and charities

Transform Masterclasses

As part of the support available for high growth businesses, the Thames Valley Berkshire Growth Hub is delighted to launch the ‘Transform Masterclass series’.

The Transform Masterclass series is a programme of five morning sessions which will be co-delivered by the Growth Hub team along with leading subject experts and will provide senior managers with the key skills and tools they need to plan for growth.

 

  1. Design Thinking co-delivered with an Innovation adviser and Design consultant with expertise in design-led approach to business planning.
  2. Funding & Finance options co-delivered with a seasoned specialist in funding, business planning and strategic finance for small and medium-sized businesses.
  3. Business Model Strategy co-delivered with the current Investment Manager at Thames Valley Investment Network, previously run two start-up companies in the software sector and is experienced in taking firms through the ‘Business Model Canvas’.
  4. Digital Marketing co-delivered with a director level experienced Marketing consultant, with specialism in helping SMEs harness digital.
  5. International Trade co-delivered with Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce [SP1] Group that represents one of the world’s most impressive and vibrant international business communities along the M4 corridor. Their market specialists on Japan and China desks are helping business with international markets.
