Fully funded Training for Employees of SMEs in Berkshire
European Social Fund (ESF) through Berkshire Colleges and Training Providers are offering until July 2015 fully funded training. This training is for employees of SMEs of not more than 250 employees that are aged over 19 (and resident in the UK/EU). Training will be delivered on a flexible, modular basis and will be specifically tailored to the needs of the individual business and its employees.
The offer is called Skills for the Workforce and is delivered through Bracknell & Wokingham College, Newbury College, Reading College, East Berkshire College, West Berkshire Training Consortium and New Directions.
Employers can access training for their employees in a range of areas including management and team leading, accountancy, administration, IT and specific industry-related skills to meet the requirements of their business.
