Martin is passionate about supporting SMEs to achieve their goals with specialisms around developing skills and access to finance. As an experienced team and contract manager, he is responsible for managing delivery of the Growth Hub service, which will put businesses in contact with the appropriate support services to enable them to achieve their growth goals.
Aside from running the Hub day to day, Martin also works directly with some high growth businesses across the region. This includes using diagnostic tools such as GROWTHmapper to understand some of the barriers to growth, development of high growth plans and then ongoing account management to support implementation.
Martin is keen to simplify the business support landscape so that SMEs can focus on running their businesses with the benefit of no nonsense practical support that delivers real bottom line benefits.
Phil is a highly experienced business adviser who has run his own business and social enterprises. He is passionate about helping businesses succeed, and has worked for business link, the growth accelerator as well as a growth consultant in his own right.
As part of the growth hub Phil will be helping high growth companies access the right support to achieve success, and using a variety of tools, such as growth mapper, help you identify where those needs are.
Richard is a specialist in funding, marketing and finance for small and medium sized business.

Digital Marketing Manager
Edwin is an experinced digital marketer with a strong focus on SMEs and their access to support to scale-up . I engage and recruit SMEs through digital media channels with the aim to provide expert, tailored and on-going support.
Edwin devises and manages digital marketing campigns using a range of techniques; content marketing, stakeholders engagement; identify digital trends and insights to target the most appropriate means of reaching SMEs and stakeholders, work with a range of technologies and plaforms that reach target audiences; mapping customer journey and identifying touchpoints for maximum reach.
